The Objective

Working with the lingerie department, identify how to attract new customers via organic search in YouTube whilst educating Debenhams' customers on how to choose the right bra, establishing Debenhams as a reliable authority on underwear.
The Solution
​
Create a suite of four stylish, informative and reassuring films that demonstrate how Debenhams understands real women and their lingerie needs.
Launched simultaneously with Debenhams' Bra Fit campaign covering the topics: Bra Fit, shapewear, maternity & nursing, and sports.
The Result

Within the first 4 months, the suite of videos had a high outreach generating increased perception and, on average, up to a thousand new customers a week. The 2-3 minute videos have high average view time implying the content is helpful and engaging.
