The Objective
In response to the perpetual evolution of technology and the continuous digital transformations and restructuring experienced by businesses to accommodate new roles, LHH had aimed to create a redeployment platform.
The redeployment platform was designed to assist businesses in mitigating the risk of role redundancy and help them retain their staff and their skillsets. The aim was to acheive this by providing coaching and up-skilling opportunities, facilitating short or long-term secondments at partner businesses, and, in the worst-case scenario, connecting candidates with recruitment agents to explore potential relocation options.
