Project at a glance
The design and development timeframe set by the brief.
Insurers, brokers and vessel owners.
Future direction explored through ideation workshops.
Project scope and goals from the original case study. The 16-week timeframe is a brief, not a verified completion claim.
Move beyond
the thinking stage.
Insurwave wanted to turn its blockchain-based marine insurance proposition into a user experience for insurers, brokers and vessel owners.
The brief was to design and develop a commercial insurance platform within a 16-week sprint, supporting data sharing, real-time risk management and event-driven automation.

Different perspectives.
A connected picture.
The interface explorations show how a complex commercial insurance platform could be brought into view through dashboards, asset information and layered structures.
The screens below present the product direction. They illustrate the design work rather than establish a measured operational outcome.

Make the future
something to discuss.
Alongside the platform work, I worked with Client Partnerships to support prospective-client conversations and explore a North Star through ideation workshops.
This connected product design with the wider commercial ambition: giving the team a direction to discuss with potential customers while shaping what could come next.
